Phone numbers may be added optionally to your profile for contact purposes. Phone numbers and SMS are not used for account authentication.
You must provide a valid email address that you control when using email sign-in.

8. Event Creation Packages (In-App Purchases)
Hopme offers event creation packages — prepaid credits that allow you to create additional events after the free creation limit.
8.1 Pricing
Current packages and prices (PLN) are displayed in the application before purchase. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your transaction.
8.2 Payment Processing
Purchases are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policy.
Hopme does not store your full card number. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
8.3 Digital Credits
Event creation credits:
- Are tied to your Hopme account
- Are non-transferable
- Do not expire while your account remains active
- Are consumed when you publish events beyond your free allowance
- Are not redeemable for cash
8.4 Refunds
All purchases of event creation packages are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law (including applicable EU/EEA regulations).
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hopme.app@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your account details and transaction information.
8.5 Platform Requirements
Mobile app stores may impose additional rules on digital purchases. Where required by a platform's policies, Hopme may offer alternative purchase methods. Availability of payment methods may vary by platform and region.
8.6 Beta and Test Mode
During beta testing or when the application is configured in test mode, event creation packages may be granted without a real charge for testing purposes. In such cases, no payment card is required and Stripe checkout may not be shown. Test credits have the same usage rules as paid credits but do not constitute a financial transaction.
